Terms of Service & Release of LiabilityFor: Backyard Movie Bundle – Family Entertainment Rentals
Effective Date: June 14, 20251. OverviewThank you for choosing Backyard Movie Bundle. We provide family-friendly entertainment experiences including backyard movie nights, inflatable lounge setups, and celebration kits. These services are designed to make your night memorable, safe, and easy.By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.2. Booking & PaymentYour rental is confirmed once full payment is received.
We accept payment via Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, cash or check.
All bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (see Section 6).
Bookings include a scheduled delivery, setup, and takedown window.3. Equipment Use & Customer ResponsibilityYou are responsible for all equipment while it is in your possession.
Equipment must not be moved once set up.Any damage, theft, or loss will result in a charge equal to the full replacement value of the item.
You agree to pay for such damages within 7 days of notification.4. Supervision & SafetyAdult supervision is required at all times. Children may not use the equipment unattended.
Roughhousing, jumping, or standing on inflatable furniture is strictly prohibited.You agree to follow all instructions provided by our team to ensure safe use of all equipment.5. Weather & ReschedulingIn the case of rain, high winds, or unsafe outdoor conditions, you may reschedule your event at no additional cost.
Weather-related postponements are offered at our discretion and must be requested at least 4 hours before your event start time.6. CancellationsCancellations are non-refundable.
Events may be rescheduled once, within 60 days of the original event date, based on availability.
No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for reschedule or refund.7. Release of LiabilityBy booking with Backyard Movie Bundle, you agree to the following:You acknowledge that use of our equipment involves inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our services and equipment.
You hereby release and hold harmless Backyard Movie Bundle, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death, including property damage, resulting from participation in the rental experience.
This includes, but is not limited to: slips, falls, allergic reactions, equipment misuse, or accidents involving minors or guests.8. Media & PhotosWe may take photos of our equipment setup for marketing purposes. No people will be photographed without prior consent. If you do not want photos taken, please let us know in writing before your event.9. Agreement ConfirmationBy completing your booking, you confirm that:You are at least 18 years old
